Who We Are
Kingdom War College is a biblical training ground raised up for the Remnant of the Lord and Kingdom-minded believers. We are not a college in the worldly sense, but a place of preparation for those called to walk faithfully with God and stand firm in these last days. Every course, every teaching, and every relationship at Kingdom War College is built on the conviction that Scripture is our foundation and Jesus Christ is our King.
Why Kingdom War College Exists
The Body of Christ needs believers who are not only saved, but equipped — trained to discern the times, stand in spiritual authority, and carry out their assignment in the Kingdom. Kingdom War College exists because the Lord is raising up a Remnant who will not settle for shallow faith. We exist to provide biblical, Spirit-led training that strengthens the Ecclesia, restores identity in Christ, and prepares believers to walk in the fullness of who God has called them to be.
Kingdom War College exists to equip the Remnant of the Lord and Kingdom-minded believers for biblical discipleship, spiritual warfare, deliverance, prayer, leadership, apostolic ministry, and the advancement of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

Our Biblical Foundation
Everything taught at Kingdom War College is rooted in the authority of Scripture. We hold to the truth that Jesus Christ is Lord, that the Word of God is the final standard for all doctrine and practice, and that every believer is called to grow into spiritual maturity. Our teaching emphasizes the Ecclesia as God intended it, the reality of spiritual warfare, the power of prayer, and the necessity of walking in biblical discipleship. We do not build on trends or personal opinion — we build on the unchanging Word of God.
Meet the Founder
Dr. Russell Welch
Dr. Russell Welch is an apostolic teacher, author, and the founder of Kingdom War College. Commissioned as an Apostolic Teacher in 2022 through Glory of Zion International, he holds two doctoral degrees from Trinity Seminary and is the founder of Remnant Warrior Ministries. He also writes books on Kingdom life.

Apostolic Calling and Ministry
Dr. Welch holds two earned doctoral degrees from Trinity Seminary. His Doctor of Christian Education research focused on the history of the New Testament Ecclesia, and his Doctor of Theology research focused on the Theology of the Father. That study continues to shape how Kingdom War College teaches on the Church, the Father's heart, and the believer's identity in Christ.
Beyond the classroom, Dr. Welch serves as a pastor, teacher, and author, and is the founder of Remnant Warrior Ministries. His ministry emphasis includes biblical discipleship, the Ecclesia, spiritual warfare, prayer, deliverance, Kingdom identity, and spiritual maturity — all in service of equipping the Remnant for these days.
Dr. Welch's heart is not simply to provide information but to help believers become equipped to walk out their Kingdom assignment. Every course at Kingdom War College flows from that same conviction: knowledge must lead to transformation, and training must lead to obedience.
